What Causes Bubbling Sensation In Stomach And Lack Of Movement Of Fetus?

Hi, Im 39 weeks pregnant my due date is on the 24th of September. I recently had an ultrasound and my baby is measuring at 36 weeks but weights approximately 7pounds 10 ounces. Today my stomach feels weird a lot of bubbling and no movement of baby like usual. Not hungry nor thirsty. Help please my Dr s appointment is in 5 days. Thank you.
