What Causes Bubbly Feeling In Lower Belly?

Hi I keep getting a bubbly feeling in my lower belly. I have eaten find and haven't had any problems going to the potty. Its always there espically when I first wake up in the mornings. I have gotten a little sick for the past two days. I was wondering if you could give me some advice on what it might be and if I need to go to see my doctor. Thank you.
