What Causes Bubbly Sound From Stomach With Swollen Feeling?
Hi At the age of 15 I used to feel burn in the upper part of my stomach I used to feel dizzy all the time, never felt hungry, always feeling in a bad mood and depressed and I figured out that I had acids after having an eko after that my doctor gave me a medicine and it went well. But today Iam 22 years old I face problems breathing especially when I try to sleep I always have strange bubbly sounds (none stop its like forever) in the upper part part of stomach its like my stomach but the part between my lungs I dont always have pain I feel my stomach always swollen as if someone is pushing with his fingers iam not stressed I have bad breath I burp all the time even if I haven t eaten I have fast heartbeats iam a very energetic and sportive person but for the past 3 years I ve been very lazy and always feeling tired because of these side effects I mean iam not able to sleep my stomach is killing me iam afraid I have worms but I made tests I found out then I dont. Is it acid again? Iam afraid because its not the same feeling as before! And thank you so much!

This all symptoms of bubbling and swollen feeling (bloating) in stomach could be due to dyspepsia, constipation,gastroenteritis,Irritable Bowel syndrome or inflammatory bowel disease or some parasitic infesations etc.
All these differential diagnosis must be ruled out one by one with clinical examination and relevant tests.
You should undergo certain blood investigations with urine and stool examination for R/M and ova or ultrasound of abdomen or upper GI scopy if required.
Treatment is mainly depend on the underlying cause but symptomatic treatment can be given.
You may require antibiotics (quinolones, antiprotozoals or amoxycillin derivatives)and anti helminthic (albendazole) with proton pump inhibitors and prebiotics and probiotics.
Also,take anti-anxiety drugs with the help of physician if you have troubled anxiety or lack sleep or stress.
You must consult your gastroenterologist for detailed medical history and thoroughly clinical examination and get it diagnosed first.
