I am having a bulge at the bottom end of my Penis (Near the testicle end). I noticed it couple of days ago. It does not pain much but a little. The bulge is about a black eyed peas size and shape.
Can you help me understand what it is?

I really appreciate your concern if the swelling is not painful and not increasing in size or does not increased in the size then no need to worry about this right now you have to keep an eye on it, if this start hurting you and increasing in size then this need to be seen clinically, if nothing like this happening then just forget about this, take care and have a good day.
