What Causes Bulging And Pain Under The Ribcage?

I have done a LFT test yesterday. Gama GT, ALP and SGPT values are high(70,150 and 58 respectively). I have a feeling on a bulge under my right rib cage. I am 38 yrs old, Colestrol is 260. What could be the reason. I have pain under my right rib cage when I move my right hand upwards
