What Causes Bulging Of Right Testicle?

I have a buldging right testicle that started out as small lump. Over the past 2 months it has grown and i have had extreme pain also on right side of my lower abdomen. Is cancer the only thing it can be. It is also extremly sensitive. I am 24 260 pounds and 6' tall. I have no serious med history.
