What Causes Bulky Uterus?

what is bulky uterus diagnosed for me? ihad aTVS on the 5th day of my period due to dragstically less flow for the last 2 months>report is like that-uterus:4.8*10.3cm.anteverted in position,bulky in size with normal myometrial ecotexture.no gestational sac or any product ofconception could be detected.Endometrium: thickness is about 6mm.Cervix:normal.Adnexa:rt ovary is normal in sze(3.3*2.0cm)with contain follicle.left ovary is not visualised well.Comments:bulky uterus. i had a ovarian cyst oeration in 1987 &partof the rt ovary was rejected,1'm 41+ yrs .
