What Causes Bump Filled With White Pus On Lip Line?
I am 23. Never had a cold sore outbreak before. Last week I noticed a bump on my lip line on the upper lip. It felt like a blind zit. After a couple days it became red and irritated. I tried to pop it and just some liquid came out. I left it alone and put peroxide on it. It s been a week and still hurts. I popped it this morning and white puss came out, but the bump is still there. Is this a pimple boil or cold sore?! I m so worried. Please help. Thanks!

This one is infected herpes simplex or cold sore as you mentioned! It will go away itself otherwise you apply acyclovir ointment locally. Cold / anesthetic gel and antibiotic creams are also helpful!
