What Causes Bump On Butt?

hi, i am having some kind of bump or little tumor type appearance on my left butt(onside) since so many years. it never hurts and i think it never grow up or anything. But i am really concerned that what it could be. Please help me with that. Thank you.

Hi,
It seems that there might be having small Lipoma or Sebaceous cyst.
If there is no problem or increasing of size or no infection, nothing to worry.
This might remain for long time without giving any problem.
