What Causes Bump On Ear With Bleeding?

There is a small bump inside my outer ear. When I press it, it hurts. When I press it harder, the bump kind of moves around and now it s bleeding. The bump is still there. It has been hurting for over a week whenever I touch it. Any idea what this is?
