I have a firm nickel size bump on my inner thigh. It started small like a pea about a week and a half ago and has gradually grown. I popped it and a sticky bloody substance came out and I squeezed it some more. Now it is really hard. I m not sure if it is a cyst or what

It seems that you might be having ingrown hair follicle infection and now producing forming abscess.
Go for one course of antibiotic for 3-5 days.
Apply antibiotic cream locally.
Keep local part clean and dry.
