You have a bump on your penis, common penile bumps called fordyce spots are not transmitted through sex. Other medical conditions that cause bumps are sexually transmitted diseases like herpes, genital warts, syphilis, HPV, etc. Get STD tests done to stay on the safer side. Presently your testicle on the right side is hurting when walking. The commonest factor that causes such symptom is epididymis, hernia, hydrocele, mumps, kidney stone or diabetic neuropathy.
You are suggested to get clinically examined by a Urologist or GP, get the required blood tests and other investigations done. You will be given conservative treatment and recommended surgery if needed. Neglect may cause worsening of the symptoms. In the meantime you can take pain relieving medicine (Combiflam or Naproxen) for relief. Stay away from addictions if any, avoid sex for a couple of days till you are being treated.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
