What Causes Bump With Discharge Of Puss And Blood?

I noticed a bump around my genital area that ended up discharging puss mixed with blood. It ended up going away and another came but at a different location and with the same results. It slightly hurts when it becomes a bump.... I'm concerned I may have an std??

Hello. Thank you writing to us at healthcaremagic

I will keep a possibility of bacterial infection of the skin and soft tissue i.e furuncle, the infection gaining entry through the hair follicle.
If I was the treating doctor I would suggest a course of an oral antibiotic for a week. My choice of an oral antibiotic would be either flucloxacillin or cephalexin for a week.
Oral antibiotics are prescription drugs and therefore I suggest you to talk with your doctor for the needful.
Topically you may use an OTC topical antibacterial e.g 2% Mupirocin ointment twice daily for a week.
