What Causes Bump With Puss On Foot?

I had an ingrown hair on my foot about a week ago. I think it got infeccted. It now is a big bump with puss coming out and two other pimple looking bumps popped out in two other places. When I walk on it it hurts but when I m not on it it dose not. Could that be a sign of staph or any other infection?
