What Causes Bumps All Over My Legs?

I have these red bumps all over my legs about the size of a pea. The inch like crazy. When I scratch them they seem the spread. It now has spread to the inner thigh and on the vagina and on the buttocks. I know it s not scabies nor is it bed bugs. I have been exposed to both about five yrs ago so very familiar with both of them. This is not this. I did cut down some twigs down a couple of days ago but wore knee high pants and knee high socks.need help bad

hi,
thank you for putting up your query on HCM.
as per your history, you may have papular urticaria or allergic reaction.
my treatment advise would be:
1. wear loose cotton clothes.
2. wear full pants.
3. do not apply any perfume, soap or cream, as it may worsen the condition.
4. you may take tab hydroxyzine 25 mg twice a day and apply topical betnovet cream.
5. also, take a single tab albendazole 400 mg stat dose.
5. you may also need a short course of oral corticosteroids, that has to be taken only after consulting a dermatologist nearby.
