What Causes Bumps And Itching In Nipples?

I just noticed my nipple was itching and upon looking at both i noticed the bumps are larger that ever and its worrying me, Im 60 yrs old and have never seen the bumps around the nipples so big, and the one bump is itching like a mosquito bite, should i be worried?
