What Causes Bumps And Pain On The Right Side Of The Tonsil?

the virus began Feb. 13th with a white bump on my right tonsil, I noticed more bumps, but not white on my right tonsil & on the 4th of Mar. my left tonsil started to hurt. I ve had several strep swabs, all negative; then today the ent specialist said it could possibly be stomach acid causing my troubles, can this be true?

Do you have regurgitation of food frequently?or do have heartburn frequently?..if yes then its a possibility...other possibility is chronic tonsillitis.Avoid cold drinks and too much spicy foods...Do saline gargles..
