What Causes Bumps Around The Penis?
I have around weird bumps around the neck of my MY penis it s the bottom though they pop when I pop them also they let out a a clear liquid they seem to appear when I sweat a lot or use yellow soap today my arm has the bumps now I ve had the problem off and on for 4 years
