What Causes Bumps At The Base Of Penile Shaft?
i get small, tiny even, bumps at the base of the shaft of my penis. i had a full scan for every STD/STI ($420) and it came back all negative. I have refrained from intercourse since then (about 8 months) because of these bumps. Any clue what they are?

It seems that these might be shaving bumps or some local skin infection producing these tiny bumps.
