hi,
small bumps on fingers of both hand is pompholyx.
Pompholyx or dyshidrotic eczema is a common disease affecting palmoplantar skin.
treatments include : topical corticosteroid (clobetasol) to be applied twice daily.
systemically i will give Corticosteroids. Depending on the severity and the area affected, initial dosages between 40 and 100 mg/day in morning after breakfast.
antihistaminic - Tab Levocetrizine 10 mg once daily or twice daily.
hope this will help you in managing your white bumps.
thanks
