Hello..read through your query.accordingly i feel that there is nothing to be worried in this case.It can be due to case called geographic tongue(that is swelling or atrophy of taste buds present on one part of tongue at one time then it disappears and appears on some other part of tongue)It happens in some people. Its actually nothing to be worried and no much treatment is required for that.(steriods can be treatment but simply taking steriods is not required)But follow regular proper oral habits and do tongue scraping and chlorhexidine mouthrinse.try applying nystatin gel in those areas of tongue if at all it is due to candidiasis.,have lots and lots of water and do take lots of green leafy vegetables and fruits.Be cool and happy nothing to be worried.Hope you are benefitted something from this reply.have a healthy day!!!!
