Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

If you have shared a picture of these lesions it would be of great help for me to diagnose. With your given description it seems like fordyce spots which are benign spots fades on itself although harmless. I still suggest you to take a formal consultation of a certified urologist and follow his advice with the diagnosis and treatment if needed any.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sameen Bin Naeem, General & Family Physician
