What Causes Bumps Near The Labia?

I had intercourse with my finance last week and later that evening my vagina felt irritated, when I check myself I noticed tiny bubble like bumps in the bottom of my labia minora. The irritated feel is gone but the bumps are still there. I don't know what it is.
