What Causes Bumps On Clitoris And Itchy Discharge?

So i had a question about my lady area and i saw other questions like that so i decided to send in a question as well. Im 18 and i had sex 2 years ago and gave oral a few times since then and im concerned about whether i caught something along the way. I dont really know alot about the guy i had sex with except that he had anal sex before. But anyways there are small bumps on my clitoris and my clitoris is kinda large. Also my vagina constantly leaks liquid stuff. I think it might just be discharge but its there all the time. Its not thick or all that itchy though and not as smelly as some other things ive read about. Should i be concerned about having an std or something?

This history is consistent with sexually transmitted disease whose treatment is simple. The government provides kits or simple test microscopy which can tell the exact cause. In the long term, it is of concern so get a simple treatment from a gynecologist.
