What Causes Bumps On Gums?

the base of my tongue hurts. i have 2 white little bumps on my gum in the front of my mouth, they do not hurt or anything, i ve had them for a while. it hurts to swallow. my tongue is white-ish, but to me it s always been that way. i am 20. i am male and i have never smoked nor drank any alcohol a day in my life. what is wrong?

Bumps meaning a swelling or is there an ulcers on the tongue? If there are ulcers usually they are self limiting and would not require any specific treatment. But if it recurs time and again you might have to get a routine haemogram done and consult your physician for any specific treatment.
