What Causes Bumps On Inner Thigh, Vagina And Butt Hole?

Hi I have been researching genital herpes and I feel like I have the same symptoms I get little bumps on my inner thigh and vagina also around my butthole but they don't come in clusters except the ones around my butthole. Please tell me this could be something else I've been to the doctor twice about this and they said it was not herpes
