good mournen, i had sex with a girl i met on friday 13, on monday i went to use the bathroom and notice 3 bumps on the rim pf my penis, im unsercumsized,, and itt moist like if a poppen a blister,,, i check it time to time and and a put a tissuse on it and it shows me a lil wetnes not alot... what could it be,,

I would keep a possibility of Herpes genitalis,judging from the way you have described the appearance of the lesions. Herpes clinically presents as discrete, grouped erosions/ulcers with well defined edges and clean base(unless infected). The symptoms are usually burning and pan and there is often enlarged regional lymph nodes.
I would suggest that you see a dermatologist for a confirmatory diagnosis as well as get your blood tested for HIV and HSV, as would be appropriate.
Treatment of herpes is with oral antiviral like acyclovir or famciclovir.
