You are having bumps on the penis and the testicle. You had sex with your partner couple of weeks ago. You are worried for yourself. You are suggested to always perform protected sex (safe sex). Do not go for multiple partners to stay protected from sexually transmitted diseases. Bumps on the penis occurs due to fordyce spots, pearly penile papules, pimples, etc. Bumps on the scrotal sac(testicle) usually occur due to ingrown hairs. These bumps usually go away after a few days or weeks.
Avoid popping them as this can lead to infection. They do not require treatment, and most cases resolve in time. However, take care of your hygiene. Keep your private parts clean and dry. Wear soft cotton underwear. Take bath regularly. Stay away from addictions if any. Ideally the bumps should go away in a week but if they don't get clinically examined by a urologist and get STD tests done to rule out sexually transmitted diseases. If reports are positive you will be accordingly treated.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
