Hey, I m Adrian and I m 16 years old. Lately I ve been getting these really itchy bumps on the top of my buttcrack near my waist. They literally itch all the time and are really irritating. It happened since I trimmed the hair around my butt but I don t know if that has anything to do with it. Now I really wanna get rid of this so I hope you help. Thanks.
hi, thank you for putting up your query on HCM. as per your history, you may have allergic contact dermatitis due to pants/jeans or fungal infection like Tinea corporis. my treatment advise would be: 1. wear loose cotton clothes. 2. maintain hygiene. 3. you may take a course of oral and topical antifungals like cap itraconazole 100 mg bd for 7 days, every month for 3 months and topical miconazole cream twice a day. 4. for itching, you may require tab levocetrizine bd. if persistent, you may consult a dermatologist nearby. wishing you good health. thank you
