What Causes Bumps On The Chest And Legs With Itching?

Recently since around the week of the 6th I have gotten random bumps over my chest and arms and sometimes legs that itch. They got away in around 10-15 minutes at most but they usually show up whenever I sweat or am extremely hot. This never happened before and I did switch or get new laundry detergent that week. The bumps are tiny and red and I am not sure what they are from?
