What Causes Bumps On The Crease Between The Vagina And Leg With Draining Pus?

my 16 month old girl has bump on crease between vagina and leg. been there for 3 days, today it was leaking pus. I barley pressed on it to relieve pressure, blood and pus came out ( small amount) but enough to concern me and it is very tender of course. will it go away on its own or should I take her to dr and what is it u think?

Hi
Welcome to healthcaremagic
Your daughter has access.Pus needs to be drained out.If access is well formed and pointing then pus can be removed easily by pressure. But if abcess is very big or if it is not well formed then it requires incision and drainage at OT by surgeon
So take her to your doctor for further course
Hope I answered your query
Best regards
