What Causes Bumps On The Left Inside Armpit?

i have several large all different size bumps that are popping up all over my left inside armpit but the main one is very big and red and the skin is starting to peel away from it. the small ones keep coming etc and some of them have brought pus to the top but the large one is just painful and it hurts and i dont know what to do i have tried several hot compresses etc but nothing is happening and nothing is going down and it just keeps getting more painful where i cant even really stretch my arm out anymore without pain

hii.welcome to healthcare magic.you have furuncle.my opinion is that,
1.dont squeeze or scratch the lesion.
2.apply antibiotic cream like fusiderm ointment twice daily on the area for 7 days.
3.take pain killers like ibuprofen twice daily for 7 days,if you have pain.
4.maintain good hygiene.
