Hello I have a question I had unprotected sexwith a girl about 12 days ago. About a week after as I was peeing I noticed 3 red bumps on penis neck. They were painless and fluidless no itching either. I put hydrocortisone on it and the nnextday tthey were gone. I been having lower back pains and light throbbing in my legs but i thinkIit s because of anxiety and all the reading about stds i been doing. So igot tested 11 days after the encounter for herpes and it came back negative. What do you think it could be?
