What Causes Bumps On The Stomach And Thighs?

I keep getting these bumps/sores on my body. Mainly stomach, and thighs. They have like a black dot in the middle and then itll turn into like a sore with scab in the middle and around the scab will be an open wound/sore. Can u please tell me what this is???
