What Causes Bumps On The Tongue In A Person With HPV?

I am a 41 year old female. I have HPV. IT was detected 4 years ago when I HAD A PAP SMEAR. Today I noticed bumps on the very back of my tongue. There are bumps not warts from the pictures I HAVE LOOKED AT ON THE COMPUTER. I SEE 8 BUMPS NOT TOGETHER SEPARATE FROM EACH OTHER. What kind of doctor should I SEE? I also smoke cigarettes. 10 a day.
