What Causes Bumps On Tongue In Pregnant Women?

I m thirty-nine years old 141 pounds and thirty weeks pregnant with my third child. My tongue is white with all bumps on it. What is this from? Also I m feeling a pulse in my stomach and last night I got sharp pains in my upper abdomen followed by a sharp pain in my vagina. Do I need to go to the hospital?

The pulse that you are feeling in stomach are pulsations of Aorta- great vessel.Please do not worry about it. And sharp pain in upper abdomen could be due to hyperacidity, I will suggest you to take antacid gel 2 tsf 2 to 3 times a day.
