ok I was mowing my grandpa grass and I got hit with something on my leg and I thought it rock due to the pain. well that was like two in a half weeks ago. now the spot is still there but it has a bumpy ring and a spot in the middle it itches real bad and hurts

Blood would have clot over there, called hematoma. It may require an ointment which dissolves clot if small or if big you may have to see a General Surgeon.
