What Causes Burning Acid Reflux After Taking 20mg Nexium?
I have really bad burning reflux and cant seem to get any relief - I am taking 20mg Nexium at night but after being asleep for two hours it starts burning like crazy. Can I take two Nexium without it causing me any damage. My gastric band has been emptied because I was told it had gone out of position and have to wait six weeks for it to reposition itself - is this true??

Yes you can take it twice there is no problem .

Avoid stress and have proper sleep.
Avoid spicy and oily food.
Stop smoking and reduce your alcohol consumption as minimum as possible.
Daily walking,playing or yoga should be must.
Dont sleep immediately after having your dinner ,wait atleast 1 hour and then go to bed.
