What Causes Burning And Bleeding In The Anus?

Hi I just went to the bathroom and passed stool. i was getting some pain in the buttoxx, in side my anal canal and when I got up I saw that the stool was bright red and when I whipped as well. Now im having pain inside my anus and burning. IM NERVOUS what is this?

it could BE HEMORRHOIDS . LOCAL EROSION OR TEAR DUE TO HARD STOOL CONSTIPATION. ANAL FISSURE OR OTHER SERIOUS CAUSES.

PLZ GET A STOOL RE DONE N CONSULT A GENERAL SURGEON FOR A DRE ANOSCOPY N COLONOSCOPY IF NEEDED FOR DIAGNOSIS
