What Causes Burning And Redness In Skin?

My skin is burning and red- it feels slippery (and extremely smooth- like after a glycolic acid facial peel). I keep scratching it and scabs don't bleed but dry and fall off quickly. My vision has been blurred and the actual eyeball is rounder. Even when I close my eyes I see blinding bright light and when my eyes are open objects have a light halo around them. I don't have any physical pain at all (except my gums are raw and my teeth are sensitive and look very white-like they have had a deep professional bleaching job). I keep craving baking soda and lemons. Otherwise I can't eat at all. Two days I go I had slimy dark green diarrhea that just oozed out (that then turned a solid dark blue color) and then I kept going until the diarrhea was completely clear (it looked like drinking water- like after a colonscopy. I have an uncordinated gait- my joints don't hurt but it is like I can't control my muscles and my face has started twitching. The diarrhea has cleared up, still slimy, but brown. My eyes still bother me a bit and I can walk without holding onto the wall, and only a slight off gait. I started drinking pediatric electrolytes an am feeling better. I don't have any other physical problems except low blood pressure 94/49 last time I checked. Also low sodium which makes no sense because I crave salt and eat a ton of it. Cholesterol low, physically active, healthy diet and never drink alcohol. I recently lost a lot of weight. No diabetes (actually have problems with low blood sugar). I do have severe bipolar I. I take lithium and trazadone, but had stopped them and went into a manic phase. Anyway, I am still drinking the electrolytes and wanted to know if there is anything I can do to calm my skin? I am trying to force myself to eat but I find it very hard.
