Hi.. I'm 59 years old... 5ft 8in in height, and has rheumatoid arthritis taking remicade treatment. I smoke half a pack and drink at least 10 cups of brewed coffee a day.

Just a week ago I felt a burning sensation in my scrotum and when I checked, there's a patch which is sore red, raised skin and has some dark spots.

I am sexually active but my partner doesn't have any genital problems at all.

Please help. This bothers m e as I feel very uncomfortable feeling that burning down there.
