What Causes Burning And Tingling In Left Arm, Dizziness, Blurred Vision With Muffled Hearing?

Hi! I am a 35 year old female and I have had 2 different episodes several years apart with very common symptoms. I get burning and tingling in my left arm, dizziness and blurry vision. This time my hearing seems to be muffled. I am scared and don't know what to do

Thanks for your question. I would also like to know if you have any kind of neck pain or shoulder pain and if you get dizzy more so with neck movements. Also if you have any high blood pressure issues or chest pain.
well its very likely to be something like spondylolisthesis. So kindly get an orthopedic opinion. Also for other possiblities to rule out ,get ECG done and ENT check up done. Blood tests for cholesterol and lipids would be good. And any change in ECG or blood tests warrants cardiology opinion.
