Hello
It seems from the history that you are having burning and watering of the eyes with tenderness of the eyelids and these episodes occur once in a month.
These symptoms indicate inflammatory diseases of the glands of the eyelids as in blepharitis with acute exacerberations.
The treatment is by use of antibiotic eye drops and lid scrubs.
Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination for confirmation of diagnosis and treatment accordingly.

Thank you
