Welcome at HCM
I have gone through your query and being your doctor I completely understand your health concerns...
Is he suffering from diabetes! Is there any associated comorbidity? What about post ejaculation burning?? Is there any associated burning micturation???
If it occur only once and no other symptoms then it is not worth worrying.... If the problem persists he should be seen by doctor to rule out any local pathology...
Hope your query is adequately answered
Regards
Dr Saad Sultan
