What Causes Burning Buttocks, Lower Back, Scrotum, Groin And Constipation?

Hello doctor, My symptoms: burning buttocks, lower back, scrotum, groin, constipation, my feet burn, burning sensation when urinating, sensation of swollen anus...I have difficulties to pass gas (fart). I think it might be something wrong with the pudendal nerve..what do you think? On top of that my perinium is very sore so is the anal area (very red and tender), but I don t know if its because of my internal hemorrhoids.

Read and reviewed your query and health concerns.
You seems to suffer from -Internal hemorrhoids with swollen anus.Burning in anus is from proctitis with Infected hemorrhoids,due to swollen anus with it.Burning urination is due to proctitis causing prostatic urethritis, burning feet and lower back is from sacroiliac plexus irritation from surrounding peri-proctitic infection/inflammation.Anor-rectal spasm with infected internal piles,causes gaseous bloating of the rectum and sigmoid colon,and that why farting of gases with it.
Consult Surgeon,who would treat all these complaints accordingly.
Hope this would help you to plan further care of this complex illness of yours.
