Dear you may be suffering from cystitis or colitis.
Drinks plenty of liquids, avoid spicy food and alcohol, avoid smoking.
Use tab.norflox 400 twice a day for five days. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will do ultrasound abdomen and pelvis and treat you accordingly.
