What Causes Burning Diarrhea And Pain In Stomach/back?
The past 5 days Ive been having uncontrollable burning diarrhea and my sternum, side of my chest, stomach and back have been getting sharp, achey pains that get worse with taking deep breathes. It also feels like a lot of pressure is pressed on my sternum when it happens. What can be wrong?

As per the symptoms details, it suggests intestine infection with gastritis. Primary care with proton pump inhibitor, anti-diarrhea medicines as racecadotril and antibiotic with GI coverage will give the best results.
