What Causes Burning During Intercourse And Urination With Odor?

I am having burning with intercourse followed by burning when I urinate and the urine has a bad odor. I know it is not a UTI because I was tested at the Dr. office. What could this be? I am married and am wondering if I need to be concerned that maybe my husband has been unfaithful.

Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to bacterial vaginosis and associated yeast infection. This can occurs when normal flora or PH is disrupted also. A swab test will be helpful to rule out this. For such cases i would recommend combination of antibiotics like clindamycin or metronidazole with clotrimazole as vaginal suppository or as oral tablet. Using intimate wash regularly will be helpful to maintain the normal PH and bacterial flora also.
