my girlfriend came home from work one evening complaining of a burning itching sensation in and around her vaginal area, the next day after her period started which the burning and itching lasted through out afterwards she complained of a burning feeling when she urinated. we waited and when her period was over she said the burning and itching had gotten alot better and was barely noticable. we had sex and a day and half later i had a burning feeling at the base and shaft of my penis which intensified when i showered and used soap. i don't not have various sex partners so i was wondering what this could be?
