What Causes Burning Feeling In Vagina After Having Sex?

I was prescribed amoxicillian mg by my dentist. I was on my third to last pill when my husband and I had sex. After we finish I was burning. It does not burn while I use the bathroom. I take a bath and it go away, but it happen again. Why do i burn after we have sex. It has never happen before.
